トークン発行前に、貴社の定款が本スキームに対応している必要があります。

* **電子定款への対応:** トークン化に対応するため、定款を電子データ化してください。
* **種別社員の規定（重要）:**\
  特に「タイプB（非業務執行社員）」を発行する場合、定款内に\*\*「業務執行権を有しない社員」**および**「配当額が出資額に達した場合の取り扱い」\*\*に関する規定を盛り込む必要があります。\
