# 5. プロジェクト作成とトークン作成

「新規プロジェクト作成」ボタンから、発行するトークンの詳細を決定します。

#### 5.1 トークンタイプの選択

まず、今回発行するトークンが **【タイプA】** か **【タイプB】** かを選択します。\
\&#xNAN;*※1つのプロジェクト内でAとBを混在させることはできません。両方発行したい場合は、プロジェクトを分けて作成してください。*

#### 5.2 発行条件の入力

* **発行総額・一口金額:** 目標調達額と単価を設定します。
* **配当ポリシー:**
  * **タイプAの場合:** 利益の何％を分配するか等を設定します。
  * **タイプBの場合:** 出資額（元本）回収までの想定期間や利回りを提示します。システム上、\*\*「配当累計額 ≦ 出資額」\*\*のロジックが自動適用されます。
* **特典（ユーティリティ）:** 配当以外の優待（商品割引、限定コミュニティ参加権など）があれば設定します。
